Neck and back injuries

Neck and back injuries are increasingly common and can have a huge impact on your day to day activities and sports participation.

Important to keep in the back of your mind that the spot where you feel the pain is not where it is coming from. That also means that just treating the painful spot is not going to solve your issue. Unfortunatly that is what often happens in current day physiotherapy. We try to do things different. We look beyond the painful spot and assess the surrounding areas and joints and if needed the entire body even. That is how we figure out the root cause of your pain.
